About Us
Elements Float Wellness Centre is an established wellness centre in Emu Plains, at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. Our focus is Prevention, Recovery & Wellness, combining natural therapies with modern wellness technology in a calm, private and welcoming environment.
Our services include Remedial Massage, Float Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, Contrast Therapy and Pilates.
About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking a Diploma-qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. You will work with a broad range of clients seeking support with muscle tension, exercise recovery, mobility, stress management, relaxation and general wellbeing.
Massage complements our broader recovery offering, with clients able to combine treatments with float, sauna, Pilates and other wellness services. Recently qualified therapists are welcome to apply.
Health Fund Provider Eligibility
This role is intended to provide remedial massage services that are eligible for private health fund rebates. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant health fund provider recognition and professional association membership required for the services they provide.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent recognised qualification
- Eligible for health fund provider recognition
- Professional association membership, or willing to obtain appropriate membership
- Registered ABN, or willing to obtain one
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Availability across a combination of weekday and weekend shifts
- Warm, reliable and professional approach to client care
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a broader wellness team
- Full Australian working rights
- Genuine interest in health, recovery and wellness
Experience in remedial, relaxation, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic or pregnancy massage is welcomed.
