Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

Enjoy your session stretching, relaxing, watching Netflix or listening to your playlist on the bluetooth speakers. Make a session your next gathering with 3 friends.

Infrared heat is the natural, radiant heat emitted by the sun. Unlike microwaves or Ultra Violet (UV), infrared heat is 100% safe and has been used in various heating applications for decades. The feeling of pure infrared heat is gentle, penetrating warmth, similar to warming rays of sunlight on a winter’s day, without the harmful UV component.

Solarcarbon Full Spectrum Heating technology

Not all Infrared heat is the same. Different blends of near-infrared, mid-infrared and far-infrared heat deliver different outcomes. At Elements, we use Sunlighten’s mPulse saunas, the only saunas in the world to offer full-spectrum infrared heating, utilizing the entire infrared spectrum, so you can tailor your sessions to suit your needs.

Tailor to:

  • Detoxification
  • Relaxation
  • Anti-ageing
  • Cardiovascular
  • Weight Loss
  • Pain Relief

Traditional saunas use convection to heat the surface layer of your skin. Infrared saunas use infrared heating panels to emit light, which enables your body to detox. Solarcarbon heating gently warms the body directly, so the cabin temperature remains comfortable while the body experiences more penetrating deep within your tissues, muscles and cells, so it’s able to target a deeper layer.

Infrared Benefits

Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Stress relief is one of the greatest benefits of using an infrared sauna. Infrared sauna therapy can stimulate the release of certain hormones that may improve your mood, coaxing your body into a relaxed state to relieve you of even more stress.

Increases heart metabolic rate which can enable the body to burn between 200-600 calories

Taking a rest in an infrared sauna can aid in weight loss! In a study of obese adults, researchers discovered that body weight and body fat significantly decreased after 2 weeks of sauna therapy. Researchers theorize that this is due to increased heart rate and the body's working, burning calories, to cool itself.

Detoxifies the body and improve immunity

Our bodies are up against toxins daily, such as: environmental pollution, pesticides, toxic metals, PCBs in plastics and even GMOs (genetically modified organisms). Combining this with a lifelong poor diet is a set-up for accumulated toxins and a potentially weakened immune system.

Infrared sauna treatments can help your body eliminate these toxins. Specifically, this is achieved through sweating, which has been shown in several studies to increase detoxification and lower circulating levels of toxins in the body.

Helps relieve joint pain, stiffness and inflammation

Infrared saunas stimulate cardiovascular circulation with oxygen-rich blood flow, producing white blood cells to reduce inflammation and calm swelling to alleviate chronic pain.

Research out of the Netherlands found that patients with rheumatoid arthritis who underwent infrared sauna therapy for four weeks experienced reduced pain, stiffness, and fatigue following the treatment. Researchers speculate these benefits result from reduced inflammation levels, which lessen the friction between the patient’s joints that results in chronic pain.

Improve skin conditions and Anti-ageing

Infrared sauna therapy dilates the blood vessels, increasing circulation throughout the body. This increased circulation helps remove waste products and also helps deliver more nutrients and oxygen to the skin. Since our skin depends on these nutrients to form collagen, infrared sauna therapy can be a great way to improve skin tone and reduce wrinkles.

Speed up recovery time

Greater blood flow regenerates and repairs the body. Infrared stimulates cardiovascular circulation and improves delivery of nutrients to the muscles. The infrared heat will also help tight and worn-out muscles relax.
