  Staff was very nice, but only one receptionist which led to a 15 minute wait until she was able to attend to us. Facility was very clean. However, in the sauna one could hear the closing of other doors which interfered with relaxation. Float therapy was pleasant. However, the speakers had a crackling sound which interfered and we turned the music off. While we did not have a thermometer, the water temperature was pleasant, but the air temperature in the pod was too low and led to a feeling of coolness. Float therapy started with delay and we spend more time in the facility then expected, which then interfered with some of our plans later.

  The moment you walk in door at Elements you start to relax.  The staff are so welcoming & knowledgeable, they take the time to discuss the benefits of each of the therapies.  Lately I’ve been enjoying the infrared sauna, 45 minutes of detoxing & relaxation while watching Netflix.  I’m also enjoying the rain shower & the luxury toiletries in the bathroom.  Recently I’ve taken advantage of membership benefits so I find myself coming to Elements more often.  Throughly recommend Elements
