Massage

Reconnect. Rebalance. Restore.

At Elements Float Wellness Centre, we believe massage isn’t just a luxury — it’s a vital part of maintaining balance between mind and body.
Every treatment is customised to you — your lifestyle, your tension, and your goals. Our qualified therapists draw from a range of professional modalities to create a personalised experience designed to restore comfort, mobility, and calm.
Whether you’re recovering from the gym, managing a sports injury, working long hours, or simply needing to reset from the chaos of everyday life — we’re here to help you breathe, unwind, and reconnect.

Massage supports the body’s natural healing process by easing muscle tension, improving circulation, and releasing the body’s natural feel-good chemicals — endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine.

Whatever wellness means to you — Relax, Restore, or Rejuvenate — we’ve got your back.

Massage Services

Relaxation Massage

Slow down and sink into a state of deep calm.
Our relaxation massage combines long, flowing strokes with light to medium pressure to ease stress, improve circulation, and restore a sense of inner peace. Perfect for mental clarity and emotional reset.

Deep Tissue Massage

For those carrying long-term tension or postural strain.
This massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to relieve chronic tightness, improve range of motion, and support recovery. Firm pressure is applied to release stubborn knots and restore mobility to tired, overworked muscles.

Remedial Massage

A targeted, therapeutic treatment for specific areas of pain or dysfunction.
Remedial massage uses assessment-based techniques to correct muscular imbalances, increase flexibility, and assist with injury management and rehabilitation.
Private health rebates may apply (depending on therapist qualifications and your provider).

Sports Massage

Perfect for athletes and active individuals.
Sports massage enhances flexibility, supports training recovery, and helps prevent injury.
Pre-event sessions focus on activation and mobility; post-event sessions assist with recovery and flushing out metabolic waste.

Trigger Point Therapy

Focused treatment for tight, knotted muscle fibres that cause referred pain or restricted movement.
By applying precise pressure to identified trigger points, your therapist helps soften the muscle tissue, improve circulation, and restore movement.

Head and Face Massage

A deeply soothing treatment designed to calm the nervous system and melt away tension in the scalp, neck, and face.
Ideal for those prone to headaches, jaw tension, or mental fatigue — or simply needing a short escape from the world.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancellation fee.

Working with Children

All our therapists hold valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC).
While it’s advised that a parent or guardian is present during treatment, it’s not essential. Treatments for clients under 18 can be conducted with or without a parent or guardian present, depending on comfort and consent.

Your First Appointment

Your therapist will request you complete a short intake form covering health history, allergies, and preferences. This ensures your treatment is safe and tailored to your needs. They will discuss your goals, and give you privacy to undress to your comfort level.

You’ll always be covered with towels or sheets, with only the area being worked on exposed.

Communication is key — let your therapist know if you’d like more or less pressure, quiet or conversation, or adjustments for comfort.
And yes — falling asleep is the highest compliment.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous before your first massage. Rest assured — our therapists are professionals who see the human body without judgment, focusing purely on helping you feel your best.
