Elements Float Wellness Centre, located in the foothills of Emu Plains, offers holistic wellness therapies, such as floating, infrared sauna, contrast, and oxygen therapy, among many. About the Opportunity
Wellness Assistant – Join the Elements Float Team!
Are you a motivated school-aged student with a passion for helping others and a positive attitude? This could be the perfect role for you!
As a Wellness Assistant at Elements Float Wellness Centre, you’ll be vital in supporting our centre’s day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure our spaces are welcoming and presentable, provide memorable customer service, and contribute to our 5-star guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Float Attendant Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Elements Client Experience standards
- Clean and reset all service rooms to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards
- Ensure all facilities and services are safe, clean, and fully operational at all times
- Support team members as needed to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest
- Assist with reception duties, including phone calls and diary management
